The present invention provides a sugar-free liquid edible composition wherein the sugar-free liquid edible composition is a water-in-oil emulsion comprising ni) a sugar polyol comprising xylitol, nii) glycerin, and niii) an emulsifier wherein the emulsifier is a glycerin based emulsifier, a polyglycerol based emulsifier, or a combination thereof; nwherein the weight ratio of sugar polyol : glycerin is 1 : 1 to 4 : 1. |
