titleOfInvention | Resin-rubber composite |
abstract | A resin rubber composite comprising vulcanized rubber and a resin directly bonded to the vulcanized rubber without interposing an adhesive, wherein a surface of the vulcanized rubber is sequentially subjected to a low pressure plasma treatment using an inert gas, a low pressure plasma treatment using a hydrocarbon gas, and a low pressure plasma treatment using an inert gas. The resin rubber composite has an excellent effect in that although it is a resin rubber composite obtained by directly bonding a resin molded product and vulcanized rubber without interposing an adhesive to bond the resin and the rubber together, the adhesion is not significantly reduced with time even after the formation of the composite. |
