The present invention relates to a method of making a two-piece transcatheter valve comprises the steps of: nforming a first layer of composite material into a tubular form; nplacing a leaflet frame proximate the first layer of composite material; nforming a second layer of composite material around the leaflet frame, wherein the first layer and a second layer comprise a tubular form; nclamping an end portion of the tubular form to shape leaflets; nforming a third layer of composite material around the first layer of composite material, the second layer of composite material, and the leaflet frame; nplacing a body frame about the third layer of composite material; and nplacing a fourth layer of composite material around the body frame. |
