abstract The invention concerns a system for measuring the rate of flow of an airflow exhaled or inhaled by a person, the system comprising a measuring apparatus and a device (1). The device further comprises: a structure (13) with a plurality of ducts (31) designed to separate the airflow; a first groove (43) opening into the outer face (11) of the wall (7) of the tubular pipe (3) and having means for communicating fluidically with at least one peripheral duct in the structure (13); and a second groove (45) opening into the outer face (11) of the wall (7) of the tubular pipe (3) and having means for communicating fluidically with the at least one peripheral duct, the second groove (45) being provided at a spacing from the first groove (43).
