abstract | The present invention aims to provide a novel primer reagent for detecting a plurality of variants of the ALK fusion gene easily through gene amplification in one reaction system. The primer reagent for an ALK fusion gene according to the present invention includes: a forward primer consisting of the sequence of the following oligonucleotide (F_V1/6); a forward primer consisting of the sequence of the following oligonucleotide (F_V2); a forward primer consisting of the sequence of the following oligonucleotide (F_V3a); a forward primer consisting of the sequence of the following oligonucleotide (F_V3b); a reverse primer consisting of the sequence of the following oligonucleotide (R_V/multi); and a reverse primer consisting of the sequence of the following oligonucleotide (R_V6), wherein (F_V1/6) is an oligonucleotide consisting of the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1; (F_V2) is an oligonucleotide consisting of the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 2; (F_V3a) is an oligonucleotide consisting of the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 3; (F_V3b) is an oligonucleotide consisting of the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4; (R_V/multi) is an oligonucleotide consisting of the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 5; and (R_V6) is an oligonucleotide consisting of the base sequence of SEQ ID NO: 6. |
