abstract | The purpose is to provide a method for producing an acicular body that enables filling of a material liquid to the tip ends of protrusions, and a device for producing the same. There is provided a method for producing an acicular body having a support base, and acicular protrusions on a surface of the support base. The method is characterized in that the method includes a supplying step of supplying an acicular body-forming liquid, in which an acicular body-forming material is dissolved or dispersed in a solvent, to an intaglio plate having recesses corresponding to the respective protrusions, a drying step of drying the acicular body-forming liquid in the intaglio plate to form an acicular body, and a peeling step of peeling the acicular body from the intaglio plate. The method is also characterized in that the supplying step is performed under a pressure environment of not more than 0.05 MPa, and the drying step is performed under a pressure environment higher than the pressure environment at the supplying step. |
