abstract The present invention relates to a method of cosmetic treatment of a face (12) and neck (14) of a user, the method involving a mask (10) comprising : n- a base sheet (32), made of an elastic non-woven material, longitudinally shaped along an axis, n- side attachment elements for attaching to ears (40) of the user, nthe method comprising the steps of : n- elastically stretching the base sheet (32) of more than 10% in length along the axis ; n- applying the base sheet (32) under a jaw (16) of the user and attaching the side attachment elements to the ears of the user, n nthe base sheet thereby applying specific pressures on specific points of the neck of the user, in order to prevent the sagging of the skin. n The present invention also relates to a face mask (10) designed for such a method.
