The cylinder has a cylinder bottom (13), to which the entrance surface adjoins. The nozzle encompasses at least one straight line that intersects the entry surface and the exit surface. In addition, the nozzle longitudinal direction (28) oriented parallel to said straight line, directed from the entry surface to the exit surface, encloses an angle between 45 degrees and 105 degrees with the piston stroke direction (42) in a common plane.n n n With the present invention, a cylinder-piston unit is being developed with improved output.
