titleOfInvention | Novel fast-dissolving granule formulation having improved solubility |
abstract | The present invention relates to a fast-dissolving granule formulation which is dissolved quickly in the mouth. The present invention provides a fast-dissolving granule formulation which quickly dissolves within 20 seconds in the mouth when administered orally, and which causes no feelings of irritation resulting from foreign matter or residue. The granule formulation of the present invention is obtained by assembling a fast-dissolving carrier and an active ingredient, wherein the fast-dissolving carrier satisfies the conditions of having an instantaneous solubility of 30mg/ml or more, solubility of 50mg/ml or more within five minutes, and the instantaneous solubility is 90% or less than the maximum solubility. The granule formulation may achieve effects of the present invention regardless of the type of the active ingredient and therefore can be applied to various active ingredients. Further, since the present invention provides a relatively simple preparation process, a high efficiency process can be constructed at a low cost. |
