titleOfInvention | Apparatus for instantaneous expansion with vacuum and ultrasound waves |
abstract | The present invention relates to an apparatus obtained by connecting a sudden expansion apparatus of an ultrasound treatment system to a probe specifically designed so that the material to be treated circulates in the interior thereof (or on the surface thereof) at exactly the same time as the product is subjected to sudden expansion in a vacuum. The result is a novel method in which the effects of the ultrasound-produced cavitation and of the instantaneous expansion in a vacuum are advantageously combined. The biological structures of the material are thus subjected at the same time to extremely high impact and suction pressures, at extremely high temperatures caused by impact and explosions due to the increase in the volume of water that is contained in the medium when a vacuum is applied to the water. The synergistic effect of the combination is what makes the system so effective. |
