abstract |
The invention relates to a method for injecting a part made of a plastic material by means of an injection unit (10), said method comprising the following steps: a mixture is made of granules of a thermoplastic polymer and granules of a peroxide, the mixture comprising between 0.5 and 10 wt. % of peroxide; the mixture is introduced into the inlet (16) of the plastic material injection unit (11); the mixture is driven in the injection unit, progressively increasing the temperature of the mixture during the movement thereof in the injection unit (10); and the mixture is injected into the mould (20) through the outlet (18) of the injection unit (10). |
