abstract | The invention relates to a device for characterizing nanoparticles (30) in a sample, comprising a measuring plate (20), a light source (50), a detector device (70) and a measuring layer (50) comprising a metal layer (10) and a raman active layer (15). The metal layer (10) and the Raman-active layer (15) are arranged relative to one another such that the Raman-active (15) layer faces the nanoparticles (30) and is arranged in contact therewith. The Raman-active layer (15) between the metal layer (10) and the nanoparticles (30) acts as a resonator structure for electromagnetic radiation and causes a local amplification of the Raman signal of the Raman-active layer (15). |
