titleOfInvention Microscope and a method for examining a sample using a microscope
abstract Disclosed is a microscope, in particular a confocal microscope, comprising one or a plurality of lasers for generating an illumination light for a sample and comprising a detection device for detection signals from the sample, the detection device having a plurality of settable spectral detection channels (Ch.1, Ch.2) for detecting determinable different wavelength ranges (1, 2), the microscope being designed and developed, with a view to achieving particularly versatile use taking into account most varied phenomena that are particularly well separated during an examination, such that a plurality of respective temporal detection windows (Ch.1.1, Ch.1.2, Ch.1.3, Ch.2.1, Ch.2.2, Ch.2.3) can be set in the spectral detection channels (Ch.1, Ch.2). Further disclosed is a corresponding method for examining a sample using the microscope.
