abstract The present invention relates to an adhesive composition, including: 100 parts by weight (mass) of an unvulcanized rubber; and from 20 to 100 parts by weight (mass) of an adhesive hydrocarbon-based resin with a softening point of 40°C or less, as well as relates to an adhesive foamable sheet including: an adhesive layer including the adhesive composition mentioned above; and a foamable rubber layer including a foaming agent, a curing agent, and an unvulcanized rubber. The adhesive composition of the present invention has both good adhesive properties and processability, and can form an adhesive layer in which cold-flow is controlled. In addition, in the adhesive foamable sheet of the present invention, cold-flow can be controlled.
