abstract The invention relates to an arrangement for producing analysis samples for X-ray fluorescence analysis, with a crucible arranged in a furnace and receiving sample material to be melted, a crucible mount arranged in the furnace, and a collection dish, dimensioned for receiving the sample material present in the crucible, arranged underneath the crucible. The crucible is arranged in the furnace so as to be movable for mixing, in such a manner that the sample material present in the crucible can be intimately mixed by means of crucible movements. The crucible is arranged in the furnace so as to be movable for tilting, in such a manner that the collection dish can be filled with the sample material present in the crucible by means of the tilting movement of the crucible. According to the invention, the mounting is placed movably in the furnace. A mount suitable for such an arrangement is characterized in that the mount has a tilt bearing receiving the crucible. A crucible suitable for such an arrangement is characterized in that the crucible has two opposing protrusions, which form a tilting axis for the crucible. A furnace suitable for such an arrangement is characterized in that the furnace has a base on which the mount is positioned upright, and that the region of the base receiving the mount is designed as a turntable which is rotationally movable in an oscillating manner. The invention further relates to a procedure which is characterized in that the crucible and the mount are located outside the furnace prior to the beginning of the melting process, and that the mount is loaded with the crucible outside the furnace prior to the beginning of the melting process and is placed in the furnace together with the crucible.
