abstract |
The invention relates to the field of food biotechnology and can be used for production of fermented polyfunctional synbiotic beverages. Microbial culture association considting of individual cultures Gluconobacter sp. LUMBI B32 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae LUMBI R23 in ratio 3:1 deposited in Latvian Culture Collection of Microorganisms under accession number P 1398 is proposed. The association can be used for the production of fermented beverages. |
