abstract The present invention provides: (1) a catalyst layer for anion-exchange membrane fuel cells, which comprises a catalyst and a non-crosslinked hydrocarbon anion-exchange resin that has an anion exchange capacity of 1.8-3.5 mmol/g; (2) a membrane-electrode assembly for anion-exchange membrane fuel cells, which comprises a hydrocarbon anion-exchange membrane and the catalyst layer; and (3) an anion-exchange membrane fuel cell which is provided with the membrane-electrode assembly.
