The first electrode includes a finger electrode including a plurality of finger electrode portions and a bus bar electrode including a main portion formed in a direction crossing the finger electrode portions, and at least one protrusion protruding from the main portion and formed in the direction crossing the plurality of finger electrode portions. The protrusion is formed across at least two of the finger electrode portions.
