The present invention relates to extended release compositions comprising quetiapine or pharmaceutically acceptable salts, solvates, polymorphs thereof. In the compositions presented within the scope of the invention, it is aimed to obtain an advantageous release profile by using xanthan gum polymer and to prepare the matrix structured tablets for this purposes which provide the desired release rate with the wet granulation method. |
