In the reference arm, either a full or partial retro-reflection with transverse offset and / or weak defocusing of reference light occurs, using structured or confocal illumination. In the detection, a multiplicity of spatial interferograms are formed by superposing an object wavefront with angled and / or curved reference wavefront for each measurement point. The resulting spatial interferograms are detected in a single detector frame and evaluated by computer program. |
