titleOfInvention Ceramic silicon rubber and preparation method therefor
abstract The present invention provides a ceramic silicone rubber and a derivative product thereof. The ceramic silicone rubber contains, by weight: (1) 60 to 100 parts of silicone rubber, having a general formula of (R n SiO 4-n/2 ) m , where R is an organic radical, n is the number (1, 2, 3) of organic radicals connected to the silicon atom, and m is the degree of polymerization (≥2); (2) 20 to 100 parts of silicon dioxide; (3) 1 to 20 parts of silicone oil, having a general formula of (R n SiO 4-n/2 ) m , where R is an organic radical, n is the number of organic radicals connected to the silicon atom (1, 2, 3), and m is the degree of polymerization (≥2); (4) 0.1 to 10 parts of a coupling agent; and (5) 20 to 120 parts of ceramic powder. The materials are mixed in a kneading machine, and after vacuumizing, ceramic powder and a coupling agent are added into the kneading machine, and mixed uniformly, to form a lump-like ceramic rubber, which is cooled, and open-milled, filtered, so as to obtain a ceramic silicone rubber. The present invention can be processed easily with low production costs, and can be ablated into a ceramic shell, thereby protecting an article from being burnt and damaged.
