[PROBLEM] It becomes possible to make a user does an extremely close motio n to a real motion of running, walking and so on, and makes the user a trunk-cen tered action with the gravity center movement by moving a table shape body and a hold body relative to a main body and regulating a forward inclination of the user, when the user whose a trunk is held moves the gravity center forward. n [SOLUTION] An exercise assisting device includes a table shape body 2 which a user S steps on, a main body 3 which supports the table shape body 2 from below and a hold body 4 which is arranged on the main body 3. And the hold body 4 holds a trunk T of user S who steps on the table shape body 2 and whose the gravity center G is positioned forward than a step position F of the user S. The exercise assisting device regulates a forward inclination of the user S while moving relatively the table shape body 2 and/or the hold body 4 relative to the main body 3. |
