titleOfInvention | Arrangement and method for detecting microorganisms in a culture vessel |
abstract | The invention relates to an arrangement, in particular hybridization arrangement (1), for specifically detecting microorganisms (2) in a culture vessel (3) with at least two regions, where in at least one first region (4) prokaryotic cells can be cultured and in one at least further region (5) capture molecules (6) for specifically detecting microorganisms (2) which can be cultured in the at least first region (4) are immobilized, and to a method for specifically detecting microorganisms (2) with an arrangement, in particular hybridization arrangement (1), in a culture vessel (3) with at least two regions by hybridization involving the following steps: a) transferring cells or cell constituents of the microorganisms (2) with target molecules from a first region (4), where prokaryotic cells grow, to the at least further region (5) where capture molecules (6) are immobilized, b) binding the target molecules to the capture molecules (6), c) labelling the bonded target molecules and d) detecting the bonded target molecules. |
