abstract | A jig for manufacturing a capacitor element is provided in which an immersion position of an anode body in a processing liquid can be controlled accurately, and a heat treatment can be performed without difficulty when heat treatment is required in the middle of manufacturing the capacitor element. The jig includes a first substrate 11, a second substrate 12 to be arranged along the plane surface portion of the lower surface of the first substrate in parallel thereto, and a plurality of sockets mounted on the lower surface of the second substrate, the first electric connection terminals 41 on the lower surface of the first substrate 11 are respectively and electrically connected to electric power sources for supplying electric current to the capacitor anode body, the second electric connection terminal 42 on the upper surface of the second substrate 12 is electrically connected to the socket 1, when the second substrate 12 is arranged at the lower surface side of the first substrate 11 in parallel thereto in an overlapped manner, the first electric connection terminal 41 is in contact with the second electric connection terminal 42 and electrically connected thereto, whereby the socket is electrically connected to the electric power source, the socket 1 is provided with an insertion port 37 for electrically connecting a lead wire of the capacitor anode body, and the insertion port 37 is opened downward of the second substrate 12. |
