abstract The binder is formed of by-pass powders having a calcium oxide content of more than 45%, an alkali sulfates content of more than 1.5% and a chlorides content of more than 0.5% and a fine fraction containing at least CaO, SiO 2 and Al 2 O 3 combined in an amorphous phase having a residue at 50 µm < 5%, obtained from the grinding and aeraulic separation of ash deriving from the incineration of municipal solid wastes (MSWIA). The ratio by weight between the MSWIA and the by-pass powders lies between 9:1 and 1:1.
