titleOfInvention Method for isolating cells and bioparticles
abstract The invention relates to a simple and cost-effective method for simultaneous isolation of cells and bioparticles from complex liquids that differ in one or more surface properties. For that purpose the surface of a solid carrier is to be provided with different interceptor molecules in a manner that enables individual target particles to be specifically "neutralised" by additional method steps. Different target particles with both identical and different recognition structures are to be gradually detached from the interceptor particles and isolated/separated. Areas of application of the invention are biotechnology (including biological and medical research), diagnostics and the treatment of diseases.
