A bone block assembly (100) including a bone block (101) having a proximal end (128), a distal end (129), a central axis (150) defined therethrough, and a hole formed therethrough, and a threaded screw (105)having a proximal end (138), a distal end (139), and a first eyelet (106) formed on the proximal end of the threaded screw, the threaded screw configured to be received within the hole of the bone block.
