abstract | A cartridge (1) for nucleic acid amplification reaction includes a tube (9) that has a first plug formed of a first oil (42), a second plug formed of a first washing solution (43) which undergoes phase separation when being mixed with oil and washes nucleic acid-binding solid-phase carriers (7) having bound to a nucleic acid, a third plug formed of a second oil (44), a fourth plug formed of an eluate (45) which undergoes phase separation when being mixed with oil and causes the nucleic acid to be eluted from the nucleic acid-binding solid-phase carriers (7) having bound to the nucleic acid, a fifth plug formed of a third oil (46), a sixth plug formed of a nucleic acid amplification reaction solution (47) which undergoes phase separation when being mixed with oil and causes a nucleic acid amplification reaction, and a seventh plug formed of a fourth oil (48) in this order in the inside of the tube; a container (30) for nucleic acid amplification reaction that is in communication with the side of the seventh plug (48) of the tube and contains oil; and a plunger (10) that is mounted on an opening portion of the side of the first plug (42) of the tube and pushes liquid to the container for nucleic acid amplification reaction out of the side of the seventh plug (48) of the tube. |
