The at least one perforator may contain a first drug and be configured to pierce an outside layer of an oral cavity for promptly delivering the first drug. The at least one perforator may penetrate an epithelium layer of the oral cavi ty and to deliver the antimigraine drug into blood vessels in a submucosa layer. |
