abstract A hybrid driving apparatus includes an engine (EG) configured to output a rotation driving force to an output shaft (EG-1); an input shaft (51) configured to rotate in association with rotation of driving wheels of a vehicle; a clutch (20) that is provided between the output shaft and the input shaft to disengageably connect the output shaft and the input shaft; a clutch actuator (50) configured to operate the clutch; a motor generator (MG1) configured to rotate in association with rotation of the input shaft; a rust formation determining unit (40) configured to determine whether there is a possibility of a rust formation on the clutch; and a rust formation suppressing unit configured to operate the clutch actuator (50) in a case where the rust formation determining unit determines that there is the possibility of the rust formation on the clutch.
