abstract |
The invention relates to a process for producing composite bodies, comprising at least one cover layer (b) and an isocyanate-based rigid foam (a), wherein the cover layer (b) is moved continuously and the starting material for the isocyanate-based rigid foam (a) on the Cover layer (b) is applied and the application of the liquid starting material for the isocyanate-based rigid foam (a) by means of at least two juxtaposed, fixed and provided with openings (f) tubes (c) takes place side by side and parallel to the top layer plane so to the direction of movement of Cover layer (b) are arranged to cover at least 70% of the width of the cover layer, the openings (f) having a diameter and a length, characterized in that the length of the openings (f) over the length of the tubes (c) is different. |
