Said ambipolar channel comprises a first layer of semiconductor material (17), a second layer of semiconductor material (18) and a layer of emissive material (19) arranged between said first layer of semiconductor material (17) and said second layer of semiconductor material (18). Said source electrode (15) and said drain electrode (16) are both in contact with only one of said two layers of semiconductor material (17, 18). |
