This process concerns a method for making a Li-ion battery. This battery comprises: n- a positive electrode; n- an electrode separator; n- a negative electrode. n This process comprises: n- the preparation of a positive electrode from an ink comprising at least one active electrode material, and at least one binder; n- the preparation of an electrode separator from an ink comprising at least one fluorinated copolymer; n- the preparation of a negative electrode from an ink comprising at least one active electrode material, and at least one binder. n The fluorinated copolymer comprises: n- from 99.99 to 90 mol % of at least one fluorinated monomer; n- from 0.01 to 10 mol % of at least one acrylic acid derivative of formulae CR 1 R 2 =CR 3 -C(=O)-O-R 4 wherein each of R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , equal or different from each other, is independently a hydrogen atom or a C1-C3 hydrocarbon group, and R 4 is a hydrogen or a C1-C5 hydrocarbon moiety comprising at least one hydroxyl group. |
