The present embodiments generally refer to a soluble coffee product and method of making same wherein coffee beans are ground to form a ground coffee component, coffee beans are pulverized to form a pulverized coffee component, wherein the pulverized coffee component is not extracted, the ground coffee component is extracted to form an extracted coffee component and spent coffee grounds, the extracted coffee component is dried to form a dried extracted coffee component and the pulverized coffee component is combined with a dried extracted coffee component to form the soluble coffee product. |
