The invention relates to an assistance terminal (5, 6a, 6b) including a housing (5) and at least one terminal (6a, 6b) for remotely monitoring a person (1) connected to a medical assistance and/or monitoring device (3). According to the invention, the housing (5) includes a receiving means (8) for receiving a signal from the medical device (3), processing means (9) for processing the signal received by the receiving means (8) of the housing (5), a recording means (10) for recording, in a learning phase prior to a phase of using the terminal (5, 6a, 6b), a range of signals which are transmitted by the medical device (3), received by the receiving means (8) of the housing (5), and processed by the processing means (9), comparing means (11) for comparing, during the phase of using the terminal (5, 6a, 6b), a signal which is transmitted by the medical device (3), received by the receiving means (8), and processed by the processing means (9) with the prerecorded signals, and transmitting means (12) for transmitting, if said signal corresponds to a prerecorded signal, the signal to the remote terminal (6a, 6b) during the use phase, the terminal (6a, 6b) comprising a means for reproducing the signal for a person so as the notify the latter of the transmission of the signal by said device. |
