abstract Disclosed herein is a composite sheet including a matrix and a reinforcing material impregnated in the matrix. The composite sheet has a weight variation (”W) of 98% or more at 350°C and a relaxation modulus of 1000 MPa or less under a load of 100 µN. The composite sheet suppresses the formation of a ring structure and thermal decomposition at temperatures of 350°C or more, thereby preventing a failure of the materials at high temperatures in the manufacture of a substrate.
