abstract | The present invention provides stable solid pharmaceutical composition comprising dexketoprofen trometamol which a fast onset. The pharmaceutical compositions are not limited to a specific crystalline form in order to have a fast onset. The pharmaceutical compositions have a faster bioavailability, compare to the ones obtained by simple mixture, even when the composition obtained by direct compression and the composition as herein disclosed has the same dissolution profile in vitro. The pharmaceutical compositions have a low content of total impurities originating from the decomposition of dexketoprofen trometamol. |
