abstract |
The invention is in the field of cell biology and immunology. The invention provides methods for the production of a vaccine for cancer and infectious diseases. More in particular it provides a method for the production of mature dendritic cells wherein immature dendritic cells are exposed to a composition comprising FMKp and interferon gamma in combination with CL075 and/or Poly IC in a culture medium for a sufficient amount of time and wherein mature dendritic cells are isolated from the culture medium. |
