The decorative sheet and the decorative molded product sequentially have a mold release layer (12) and a surface protection layer (13) on one side of a substrate (11), the surface protection layer (13) being composed of an ionizing radiation-curable resin composition containing a polyfunctional (meth)acrylate monomer and a thermoplastic resin with a molecular weight of 175 to 1000, the thermoplastic resin having a predetermined weight average molecular weight, and the polyfunctional (meth)acrylate monomer and the thermoplastic resin being of predetermined mass ratios.
