titleOfInvention Acetylene enhanced conversion of syngas to fischer-tropsch hydrocarbon products
abstract A method for converting syngas to Fischer-Tropsch (F-T) hydrocarbon products, the method comprising: n(a) providing synthesis gas to a F-T reactor; n(b) providing acetylene to the F-T reactor, the molar ratio of the acetylene to synthesis gas being at least 0.01; n(c) reacting the synthesis gas and acetylene under suitable reaction conditions, in the presence of a catalyst, to produce F-T hydrocarbon products; nand n(d) recovering the F-T hydrocarbon products.
