abstract |
An exhaust purification system of a compression ignition type of internal combustion engine provided with an adsorption part 51 which adsorbs hydrocarbons which are contained in exhaust at less than a release temperature and which releases the adsorbed hydrocarbons when becoming the release temperature or more and an oxidation part 52 which oxidizes the hydrocarbons which are released from the adsorption part 51. The adsorption part 51 includes at least one type of zeolite among beta zeolite which carries silver by ion exchange and ZSM-5 which carries silver by ion exchange. |
