The present invention relates to a process for preparing a peptide moiety comprising an amino acid sequence (I) n n R-Xaa1-Xaa5-Xaa3-Xaa6-R1 (I), n nwherein R1 is selected from OH and NH 2 nand a peptide moiety comprising an amino acid sequence (II) n n H-Xaa1-Xaa2-Xaa3-Xaa4-Xaal-Xaa5-Xaa3-Xaa6-R1 (II), n nwherein R1 is selected from OH and NH 2 nwhereby Xaa1 and Xaa3 are residues of hydrophobic amino acids and are preferably selected from the group consisting of phenylalanine, tryptophan, histidine, tyrosine, isoleucine, alanine, leucine, norleucine and valine ; and Xaa2, Xaa4, Xaa5 and Xaa6 are residues of charged amino acids and are preferably selected from the group consisting of arginine, aspartic acid, glutamic acid and lysine. n The invention further relates to a process for synthesis of a polymer covalently linked with at least one peptide, wherein the peptide comprises said peptide moiety. |
