To provide a novel transparent conductive film using low-cost materials that can be stably supplied and have low toxicity, a method of manufacturing the same, a dye-sensitized solar cell, and a solid electrolyte battery. n The transparent conductive film is formed by a sputtering method in a nitrogen-containing atmosphere using Li 4 Ti 5 O 12 as a target. The transparent conductive film is a novel transparent conductive film, which contains Li, Ti, O, and N and has the TiN type crystal structure. |
