titleOfInvention | Vibration isolation device |
abstract | An object is to provide a vibration isolator being superior in strength as a whole. The vibration isolator includes a rubber elastic body (3) having a vibration isolating function; and a resin bracket (2) integrally formed with the rubber elastic body (3) and fixed to a base body while supporting the rubber elastic body (3). The resin bracket (2) includes a sandwiched molding having a core layer (2a) and skin layers (2b) sandwiching the core layer (2a), a resin composition (A) included in the skin layers (2b) includes a first thermoplastic resin and an inorganic filler, a resin composition (B) included in the core layer (2a) includes a second thermoplastic resin and an inorganic filler, a volume ratio of the skin layers is in a range of 40 to 70% of the entire sandwiched molding, and a bending modulus (E1) of the skin layers, a maximum bending strain (µ1) of the skin layers, a bending modulus (E2) of the core layer, and a maximum bending strain (µ2) of the core layer satisfy the following expressions (1) and (2): 1 < E ¢ 1 / µ ¢ 1 < E ¢ 2 / µ ¢ 2 < 10 1 µ ¢ 1 / µ ¢ 2 > 1 2 µ ¢ 1 / µ ¢ 2 > 1 |
