The vaccine contains an MSI-specific frameshift peptide (FSP) generating humoral and cellular responses against tumor cells or a nucleic acid encoding said FSP. The vaccine of the present invention is particularly useful for the prevention/treatment of colorectal cancer, endometrial cancer, gastric cancer or small bowel cancer.
