Said coating of the polymer is a silica-coating obtained by using Si-N precursor having at least two amino groups and, in addition, coating is affected in the presence of the functional component. In another aspect, the present invention relates to a method for preparing the coated polymer systems containing functional components comprising the step of coating the polymer with a Si-N precursor having at least two amino groups in the presence of the functional component.
