abstract It is proposed a coating with antimicrobial polymer, which has improved bactericidal properties, which is characterized by a composition of Ni-P-PTFE in combination with a particular quaternary amine functionalities containing polycationic polymer or a polymer, the cationically charged by protonation chemical groups, especially primary , secondary or tertiary amine functionalities, wherein the charge-forming functionality is preferably an integrated part of the main chain or the side chain of the polymer and the preparation of the coating is preferably carried out by electroless plating.
