abstract Device for receiving a satellite positioning system characterized in that it comprises a false-claw detection function based on a linear combination of complex signals coming from correlation paths between a signal received from a satellite and a local code punctual and a plurality of local codes offset time determined with respect to local code punctual. An advantage of the present invention is that the function of detecting false clashes makes it possible to remedy false clashes due to multipath phenomena.
