abstract The present invention relates to an implant (10), in particular an intraluminal endoprosthesis, comprising a body and at least one abluminal layer (3) arranged on the body, which preferably contains at least one pharmaceutically active substance. In order to protect the abluminal layer (3) from lifting or shearing off, the abluminal layer (3) is additionally fastened to the implant body at least in a transition area (7) by means of at least one anchoring layer (5) arranged on the abluminal layer (3). Furthermore, methods for producing such an implant are described.
