The invention relates to a method for locating an optical marker (22) in a scattering medium, in which process: a) acquiring an optical signal characteristic of the medium (20) and one or more of said markers (22) by an interaction of the medium with the radiation of a radiation source (8) in pulses, each acquisition comprising on the one hand a component of interest, on the other hand a parasitic component, b) forming, from the optical signal data of at least one of said acquisitions, a multidimensional array X, c) processing the data of said table X by factoring this table into a product of two non-negative multidimensional arrays A and S, d) extracting the contribution, at the optical signal, of at least one of said temporal components, from the data contained in the tables A and S. |
